Jim has always liked to work and create with his hands which led him into the construction industry for over 30 years. He has built homes from modest, one-story to 57 story luxury high rise buildings.
All his homes have the same thing in common - an emphasis on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
With his extensive knowledge in

With his extensive knowledge in home-building and as a licensed site superintendent, a licensed site safety manager and OSHA 30 certified, he now brings his expertise and more to the home watch industry.
During his downtime, Jim enjoys playing golf, watching and attending F1 racing and spending time with family and friends.

Erik is a U.S Army Veteran who has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years.
His time in the Army equipped Erik with the capability and determination to oversee many construction sites, including but not limited to as a Site Safety Manager, NYC Construction Superintendent, FDNY Construction Site Fire Safety Manager, and an aut
Erik is a U.S Army Veteran who has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years.
His time in the Army equipped Erik with the capability and determination to oversee many construction sites, including but not limited to as a Site Safety Manager, NYC Construction Superintendent, FDNY Construction Site Fire Safety Manager, and an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer.
Erik has worked on projects of all sizes, from affordable housing to luxury high rise apartments. He has an eye for detail, and is in tune to the client's wishes.
When not working, Erik's passions are American muscle cars, the NY Rangers as well as spending time with family and friends.
